The Shady Glen Club and RiverFest

The Shady Glen Club, located on Riverside Drive, in Oldham County off Rose Island Road east of Prospect Ky., is one of the areas oldest river-based community clubs, founded in 1948.

A fraternity of military veterans who served in WWII developed the Club along the shores of the Ohio River with waterfront views. RiverFest music festival, now in its 7th year, has become an event for sharing this beautiful place with the larger community.

The Shady Glen Club is proud to donate proceeds from RiverFest to EDGE OUTREACH, a non-profit group dedicated to the Kentuckiana community, as well as international relief efforts. JOIN US NEXT YEAR! Read about EDGE OUTREACH here.
